2. Technical Preparation and Options

The key to a successful project is thorough, detailed preliminary engineering design.

Technical design review: We subject all discipline-specific plans (structural, mechanical, electrical) to an engineering review to ensure the efficiency of the systems.

Discipline coordination: We coordinate the work of architects and discipline-specific designers to ensure seamless integration of technologies.

Smart home system preparation: To ensure future-proof operation, the base price includes full preparation and control setup for a smart home system (e.g., Loxone). Subsequent integration of the system according to specific needs is available as a separate option

3. Implementation and Documentation

For us, quality is not an option but a documented requirement during construction.

Continuous engineering supervision: Strict adherence to technical standards is a fundamental requirement for us during on-site work.

Digital and technical documentation: We prepare a detailed series of drawings and official as-built plans for all concealed structures (reinforcement, insulation) and mechanical service runs. Even after you move in, you will know exactly what is located where beneath the plaster
